The acquisition of the C&F Credit Division, offering a suite of structured credit insurance solutions, expands Amynta’s presence in the credit insurance sector. The business will operate as a full-service MGU under Amynta Risk Solutions. C&F will remain an important partner for the business and will continue under the leadership of Daniel Sussman.

Specialty Equipment Insurance Services Announces a Partnership with NOBLELIFT North America to Launch NOBLELIFT PROTECT, an Equipment Protection Program Specialty Equipment Insurance Services (SEIS), a leading equipment protection and insurance service provider, has announced a strategic partnership with NOBLELIFT North America, a global leader in material handling, to launch NOBLELIFT PROTECT, an equipment protection program. This exclusive extended service contract (ESC) program is designed to keep new and pre-owned equipment working properly beyond the manufacturer’s base warranty period. With a zero-dollar deductible, equipment owners can choose between several plan options that cover eligible components from engines and transmissions to fuel systems and hydraulic hoses. New equipment plans are available for protection periods of up to 72 total months or 10,000 total machine hours, whichever occurs first. A variety of pre-owned equipment options are also available.
