I'd like in the 51st year of CSi to have the ability to introduce random wave loads (spectrum - not only solitary waves) to semi-submerged structures within SAP2000, including influencing water properties like viscosity, temperature, etc, as well as large members buoyancy, water-filled or empty members and/or hydrodynamic added mass provisions), and marine growth for the underwater parts of the structure.

The days of the year is basically a collection of key dates within the year, celebrated widely. Keyword here is "widely". Because, depending on where you are in the world, some of these days may not apply to you. If you are in PR or marketing you know, key dates can be leveraged to engage stakeholders or boost brand visibility, but there is a finesse to this. Here are 6 things to keep in mind, when using this resource: 🔑 Join in and celebrate key dates that resonate with your stakeholders. 🔑 Ensure that what you choose to celebrate actually aligns with your core values. 🔑 Have a clear and measurable plan in place when you decide to leverage any of these key dates for business. Think, "what is the business value?" 🔑 Take into consideration the cultural appropriateness of each day you choose to celebrate in relation to your location. 🔑 Don't over-do it. For instance celebrating 20 days out of a calendar month of 30 days is overdoing it, even 10 is questionable but use your discretion. 🔑 Don't forget to weave in storytelling. How do we make sense of this topsy turvy year? It can feel like an impossible task, to look back and find reasons why we came up short or why we were successful. And sometimes we might not even be emotionally ready to answer or even ask that question. This last month has felt like a shock to the system on so many levels. Whatever you are feeling about the world and your place in it, it's a good idea to take a reflective moment and simply celebrate. You can find anything to celebrate: 🔹 You're still alive. 🔹 You still have a job. 🔹 You were able to pay rent. 🔹 Or put food on the table. 🔹 That it's sweater weather. 🔹 The celebration doesn't have to be elaborate but it does have to be intentional. Of course there is more work to be done. And the injustices of the world to be corrected. And the vast disparity of wealth needs to be addressed. And the ability for humans to continue to inhabit this planet. And, and, and... the list goes on and on. But without the things that ground us and bring us a feeling of joy and energy we will soon deplete our ability to show up. And we need all the good leaders to continue to show up for the foreseeable future. So take a moment to celebrate. No matter how small the victory.

I recieve all the things mentioned below. All the love, peace, clarity, healing, strength, happiness, prosperity, abundance, opportunity, and understanding. Who doesn't want that? The key is how? It all leads to our accountability. It will be the action and intentionality specifically with you and me. What will you do to yield these outcomes? I will give love more to receive it, my actions will provide more grace and empathy. I will have more peace by taking the action of boundaries and releasing things I don't control. I will have more clarity by asking more questions and truly understanding others intentions and for me not to knee-jerk react to their behavior based on my perspective. I will have more healing in June by letting go of the past failures with relationships, finances, business endeavors and career aspirations. I could go on and complete this list but I want you to see that manifesting isn't just about hoping and receiving, it is moving in the direction of becoming it. Its takes self-reflection, maybe professional coaching. Above all, it's work and intentional actions. One of my favorite questions I like to ask my clients are “What are you going to do about”. Writing it down solidifies it in your mind, is easy to do, and is something you can refer back to when you need an extra boost. In terms of expressing gratitude to people, don’t worry about how long it’s been. How would you feel if someone in your past reached out to you, out of the blue and shared how much of a meaningful difference you made in his/her life? More importantly, what closure and potential happiness would it give to you by doing this?
