He has managed staffing for high-profile events, including the US Tennis Open, PGA Golf Championship, Belmont Stakes, and New York Yankees games, in addition to numerous banquets and weddings. For Victor, building relationships is fundamental. He takes pride in helping others advance in both navigating life on a personal level as well as in professional capacities, fostering a supportive environment that empowers individuals to thrive.
