After years of watching "Retained" Physician Recruiting firms charge between $30,000 - $50,000 per search (after paying all the monthly fees associated with retained), We felt there was a much better way to provide recruiting services to hospitals, groups and practices and do it as a true partner. We will work with every client to create the best solution for their budget & recruiting needs. We wanted to create a firm that changes the approach to which firms value their partnerships with their clients.
