Yesterday I had the amazing opportunity to travel to Atlanta with AMA at UGA - American Marketing Association at the University of Georgia!
During our visit, we had the privilege of touring Delta Air Lines, ranked first in the world among all airlines by revenue, market capitalization, and brand value. We experienced flight attendant training, toured the offices, and heard from a diverse panel of UGA Alumni. I'd like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Rana El-Nahas, Avery Monthero (Hudson), Anne Louise Duffie (Portwood), Clare Callahan, Carter Marks, and Riley Laughter.
We appreciate you all for thoughtfully answering every question we had, and I look forward to seeing your sustained success as you all "Keep Climbing" with Delta ✈!
The tour was unforgettable, from the handwritten notes to the smiling faces- Delta knows how to make a difference, and it's all about the experience. It's no surprise they were recently ranked No. 2 on the Indeed Workplace Wellbeing 100!
Our next stop was 20North Inc., where we toured their offices and interacted with their incredible staff. Their open-floor office space clearly shows the value they place on cross-functional collaboration. We had the chance to hear from a diverse range of employees across their three main sectors. I'd like to especially thank Devon Adams and Dominic Bozzuto for their extended commitment to UGA students like myself. We appreciate you all for warmly welcoming us into your workspace.
All in all, I am so appreciative to be a part of AMA. Serving our members and being a part of events like this are what makes this club special. Another special thanks to Katie Harrison for coordinating this entire day, it was truly remarkable. I'm excited to continue expanding my network and knowledge as I further my career growth, and opportunities like this help tremendously.
