This has been an incredible year for ALICE Technologies. We launched ALICE Core, doubled revenue, and saw more traction than ever. Just a few days ago, I visited a few clients and their construction projects across Europe—critical infrastructure, industrial facilities, and data centers. Witnessing the work, meeting the teams, and understanding the technology driving these projects was both humbling and inspiring. Reflecting on some of our biggest achievements this year: 🚀 ALICE Core At ALICE, our work is driven by customer feedback. This year, we launched ALICE Core, enabling clients to ingest their existing schedules and start optimizing them. To make that more efficient, we also introduced Optimization Objectives, allowing users to optimize their projects based on their priorities. The response has been phenomenal—achieving unprecedented growth and more than doubling the number of clients we serve. 🚀 Global Expansion We entered new markets with key partnerships, including Andrade Gutierrez in South America and Cranborne in APAC. 🚀 Industry Recognition A standout highlight was ALICE’s role in Implenia’s floating offshore wind farm project, earning us four industry awards and multiple nominations. 🚀 The Paradigm Shift: Generative Scheduling Generative scheduling gained momentum as more planners embraced its ability to build flexibility into schedules. Looking Ahead to 2025 Our progress is driven by the dedication of our team, clients, and partners, whose passion drives transformation. 👀 New industry report alert 👀 ALICE Technologies’ collaborative work and results with Align JV was featured in a research report put together by GIRI (Get it Right Initiative). The report showcases best practice case studies, like our work on the UK’s high-speed rail project, HS2, and focuses on key issues that technology can help to address, such as raising productivity and mitigating risk. Yesterday, we had the privilege of hosting an incredible group of construction professionals from Peru, visiting the Bay Area as part of the CIFE - Center for Integrated Facility Engineering program.
