Compensation/Salary: $105-125K DOE The Computer-Aided Facilities Manager (CAFM) role requires interfacing directly with project managers and federal clients to track the use of federally owned and leased office spaces (including HQ facilities as well as regional offices). This work will require the tracking of building space utilization, vacancy rates, space usage by program areas, and the development of reports to support decision-making. In addition, the CAFM will maintain up-to-date drawings, provide occupancy management and moving management, and support the space reservation system.
