Researchers at Akron Children’s, Cincinnati Children’s, University of Michigan and Dayton Children’s Hospital have found that hypothermic therapy using the pro2cool® system reduces concussion symptoms in teens by up to 25% compared to standard care. This study, the largest of its kind, shows that cooling therapy could improve recovery for young athletes.
