Our two-year Leadership Program (LP) is designed to help candidates grow into influential professionals through rotational experiences that align with their unique skills and abilities. Today, we’re shining the spotlight on Kennedy Quarles, who joined Acuity as a Marketing LP after graduating from Grand Canyon University. This past weekend, a group of our Canadian associates from Acuity Brands Lighting & Distech Controls came together to put #EarthLIGHT in action by participating in Tremblant’s 24 Hour Winter Sport Challenge. Tremblant’s 24 Hour is Quebec’s #1 winter sport challenge where participants spend 24 consecutive hours skiing, snowboarding, alpine touring, walking, and/or running. The event is a fundraiser for five foundations that support children’s health and well-being, including The CHU Sainte-Justine Foundation, The Montreal Children's Hospital Foundation, The CHEO Foundation, The Fondation Charles-Bruneau , and Fondation Tremblant. At Cottonwood Heights City Hall in Cottonwood Heights, UT, the holidays are in full swing! Located along the Salt Lake Valley and between Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons, the city has affectionately been nicknamed the "city between the canyons" for good reason. Fixtures from Gotham Lighting and Lithonia Lighting are showcased throughout the interior and exterior of the space, providing exceptional illumination in tandem with the beautiful holiday lights. This project was in collaboration with JRC Inc. (The Lighting Solutions Company) and Spectrum Engineers, and photography was shot by Endeavour Architectural Photography.
