I don't often share kids books on this channel, but these books are wonderful introductions to investing and using technology, both topics highly relevant to my friends on LinkedIn. Braving Our Savings by Sarah Samuels, CFA, CAIA is incredible. It's a picture book about two girls who learn about investing by doing research on companies they love. It's all about overcoming the fear around making a bet, and it's adorable. It even motivated me to become a more active investor, and it contains a glossary at the end with more technical terms. Sonia's Digital World by Shannon McClintock Miller is another gem. I LOVE the way it introduces technology to kids as a vehicle for connecting with others and learning about the world, as opposed to disconnecting with others and distracting ourselves. It's a really positive and uplifting piece and a great introduction to kids using digital tools in a thoughtful way.
