NARPM hosted their Holiday Party at BRIX Tavern in NW Portland for members and industry friends. Kim Grenfell and Trinity Harper enjoyed the festivities, hearing about the association's achievements in 2024 and getting a look at what is to come in 2025! Kim Grenfell attended the IREM Oregon-Columbia River Chapter Forecast Breakfast to hear from industry leaders in the commercial property management sector. Rebecca Rockey, Deputy Chief Economist and Global Head of Forecasting at Cushman & Wakefield, discussed the state of commercial real estate, office building vacancy, debt costs, capital markets, and more in an insightful keynote address. Some areas of improvement she pointed to include office conversions and renovations. While we know the industry continues to face challenges, we are reassured by the professionals we work with who are passionate about building stronger communities.
