Definitely finish the training is just the beginning, as everything in technology advances are dynamic, that is why you must keep the following 3 steps: * Keep trained in the new functionalities of the current ERP. * Be aware of the new systems that connect to the ERP to identify enhancements that can improve / streamline the current work. * Keep informed of new disruptive trends that could change the ecosystem with which you work today. It is for these 3 points that we must be informed through conventions, specialized magazines, forums, etc. In the end it is the ability to keep updated in this dynamic world of technology.
