It all starts with breathing. Tasks and projects you are working on can be stressful. As a human being you probably won't function as efficiently if that stress level gets too intense. It may not feel like it at times, but your health is more important than any project. Whatever is causing the stress and pressure. Take a few moments to simply breathe in and out and reclaim the space. Even if it's just for a couple of seconds. It can be a reminder of the power you hold.

How crazy is it that we can’t stay focused where we are ?We focus on the past or the future,or combinations of such ,not having any realisation that even that happens NOW ! We talk so much about staying focused,and in the next breath, off goes our attention everywhere, but where we always are ,ie: Now ! I’ve had 40+ years Zen meditation and teaching others and we still are searching everywhere ,rather than giving attention to NOW !By the “time” you read this it’ll still be NOW ,not yesterday,today or tomorrow but NOW !🙏Al 🙏
