In my opinion, infusing diverse perspectives with authority and humility is much needed for effective thought leadership by listening to viewpoints of others without immediately judging or dismissing them. This shows respect and openness to learning from different perspectives and inclusiveness to collaborate with people hailing from diverse backgrounds demonstrating value and respect for different viewpoints. As the famous saying goes, staying curious and committed to lifelong learning is a must as its important to learn from others, regardless of their position or background. Supporting our ideas with credible evidence and research adds authority to our perspective by approaching people with empathy and respect.
