Though leadership is about creating value for oneself, for businesses and for society. While one embarks on this journey, there are multiple conflicting interests For being a true thought leader, one has to consider these multiple conflicting interests by being open, collaborative and constantly engage with diverse stake holders. This gives you a rich understanding and deep color on your knowledge on the subject, impact on various stake holders and thereby making your narrative stronger. In power sector, I started off with negative bias on subsidy. The politicians' careers on the other hand, depends on voters & this commodity is a social commodity. Hence I changed my focus to make power affordable, sustainable & reliable, thus inclusive
