Thought leaders are essential as accelerators of all ideas surfacing in your digital network. 1️⃣ Take the time to craft the most insightful comments on posts by your network beyond likes and cheers. 2️⃣ Tag people who have inspired your thinking whenever you create a novel idea. 3️⃣ Don’t forget to mention co-authors of great papers, not just the lead authors. 4️⃣ . As a speaker, credit your speech writer and the team behind your speeches in speaker promo posts. 5️⃣ Volunteer to accelerate posts where you think your network is in the target audience for an exciting post Good luck in exploring

Thought leadership starts from inspiring change, shaping conversations, and leading with vision to influence the future of industries and communities alike.I think that true influence comes from lifting others along the way.In today’s fast-paced business landscape, the value of a strong and inclusive corporate culture cannot be overstated.Celebrate the achievements of others, highlight their expertise, encourage diverse perspectives and provide mentorship when needed.A rising tide lifts all ships, and by empowering others,we reinforce our position as a trusted leader. We build a stronger network and also solidify our leadership with a community where everyone shines, with our thought leadership and a powerful ecosystem of growth and success.

Para construir relaciones confiables y de largo plazo es un requisito ser generosos al momento de comunicar logros. Etiquetar a quienes participan de una iniciativa es el punto de inicio, luego elogiar su desempeño.

I already wrote about it in LinkedIn and Medium, and my point of view is: 𝑳𝒆𝒂𝒅𝒆𝒓𝒔𝒉𝒊𝒑 𝒊𝒔𝒏’𝒕 𝒂𝒃𝒐𝒖𝒕 𝒚𝒐𝒖; 𝒊𝒕’𝒔 𝒂𝒃𝒐𝒖𝒕 𝒚𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒕𝒆𝒂𝒎 𝒐𝒓 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒑𝒆𝒐𝒑𝒍𝒆 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒊𝒏𝒇𝒍𝒖𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒆. Leadership goes beyond personal wins. It’s about empowering those around you, supporting their growth and lifting everyone’s achievements. 💡 My key insights: 1️⃣ Putting your team’s or the people you influence success first 2️⃣ Empowering and delegating for growth 3️⃣ Building a supportive and motivating culture By focusing your efforts on helping others grow, you’re not only building an amazing team but also cultivating your true thought leadership.

I have often felt that Thought Leadership is not the appropriate name for this skill. Let me explain. The kind of complexity that exists in our world today and the speed with things move these days, there is no way a single individual can be expected to move a topic forward all by themselves. Therefore, only a community based approach can be effective at advancing and maintaining thought leadership. And that’s why I think Thought Stewardship is a better term than Thought Leadership. Interestingly this collaborative article approach LinkedIn is taking, with a number of people contributing, is a great way to leverage the community for Thought Stewardship. Thoughts?

Active collaboration is critical for all of us. We are social animals and we learn from each other. There is no one claiming supreme intelligence here. In the case of thought leadership, we should look at others in our network and identify experts in their own right and then work with them to collectively share ideas and thoughts.

Being a thought leader isn’t just about sharing your own ideas—it’s about creating a community where others can shine too. One way to do this is by promoting their work and giving them credit publicly, whether it’s sharing their achievements on your platform or acknowledging their contributions in conversations. Engage actively with their ideas by commenting, asking questions, and sharing your perspectives to help them grow their reach. Facilitate meaningful connections by introducing them to others in your network who can support or collaborate with them. Most importantly, be generous with your support. By lifting others, you not only strengthen your network but also build authentic and lasting thought leadership.

Making space for people around you to shine involves removing barriers, creating an environment that empowers them to perform at their best and ensures their contributions are recognized.

Rather calling everyone shines, would say everyone gets enlightened, that's for me thought leadership. Purpose and value-driven conversations always bring diverse perspectives and recognizing the individuals on this aspect is key to promote a health work environment. Support, Encourage and guide them on their journey as it not just motivates them but also creates a synergetic relationship that is driven with passion and optimism.
