Vendor inputs are consistently regarded as either enhancing cost-effectiveness or adding value through new product features. We always maintain a "listening mode" approach towards our vendors, remaining open to their insights and contributions.

Whenever there are such projects where vendors insights or feedback needs to be integrated, firstly a proper platform is setup such as "Teams" or "Meet" in order to clearly communicate and exchange the insights. The word "exchange" because of certain difficulties in implementing some of the insights given by the vendor which can possibly have significant design change. Secondly when there is a call to discuss the insights, a list of items that are discussed in which items has to be given priority. Here feedbacks/insights with least impact on design will be given highest priority and the rest accordingly. Finally documentation plays an important role as to keep the track of changes made to the design as and when the feedback is received.
