Instead of trying to adopt every new thing, I choose the ones that align with our project's goals and actually help users. For example, accessibility improvements, responsive design, and personalization are trends worth focusing on because they make a real difference. It's about being smart with our choices and not getting lost in all the noise.

In my understanding, it’s the not a question of how many trends you introduce into your product…it’s more the question of how integrated and seamless you can make the introduction. Further, I believe that not every trend is made for your product. Not every trend can improve your product. Sometimes chasing after trends like the rapid AI evolution (which is very good for making the product flashy) might result in you making the product even more complicated. So, the rule of thumb is to adopt trends, but use the same risk benefit ideology used in medicine!
