Be the translator who bridges the gap between “Let’s make it pop!” and “Can we actually code this?” Step3 - Prototypes Are Your Best Friend: Instead of promising the moon, show a mockup. People are 80% less likely to argue when they can see what you mean (totally made-up stat, but you get the point).
