Mindfulness 🧘 can add a very essential dimension to the aspect of mindful decision making. Mindfulness adds ease and perspective when handling and navigating conflicting data and opinions.

When all team members practice mindfulness on a daily basis, conflicts and decisions can be addressed with open mindedness, acceptance and the eventually coming together to make a consensus decision.

Cause and effect: I ask myself this question…What caused me to take this decision and what effects I will be creating. If you disagree or don’t like the previous effect create a new cause that creates positive effects.

I think another additional area to consider is communication. Often times, we start creating conclusions in our minds without knowing the actual answers. Try asking more questions and asking BETTER questions. This can give you more insight which can help you better make a confident decision.

Everyone has its own perspective and according to that they live their life,they make their opinion. The perspective is based on their belief system and paradigms. So if different opinions are coming first listen to everyone without judgment and then clarify to all with mindfulness practices and techniques. Give appropriate data and logical reason with calm mind . Your calmness and energy will definitely effect people in right direction.

In this situation, we should never make a hasty decision. At the moment we must consider the different information and individual opinions, and allow time to make a final decision. During this period of time, it is advisable to carry out a significant relaxation activity or go for a walk, with conscious breathing exercises. Then, in writing, point out the pros and cons of each opinion expressed. After analyzing and evaluating the responses, then make the decision considered most appropriate at the moment.
