Perform a skill assessment of the team through questionnaires and practical tasks. 3. Judge the performances against the standard to perform an individual gap analysis. Do not reveal the results yet. 4. Develop skill-specific cross-team training sessions in which the highest achiever in each skill presents the training session focused on that skill. 5. Re-conduct the skill assessment and have the team assess each other anonymously. 6. Share 03 things with each person: a. Their own assessment result b. The assessment checked by them c. Standard assessment result 7. Ask them to compare the three results.

Uma ferramenta muito eficiente que otimiza a comunicação e mantém a equipe alinhada é a Revisão Operacional ou Reunião Operacional. Pode ser aplicada em diferentes níveis operacionais com frequência pré estabelecida. Durante a revisão Operacional pode ser aplicada outra ferramenta, Gestão a Vista, onde os indicadores e plano de ação pode ser compartilhado com todos da equipe multidisciplinar.
