Let there be emergence of volunteers to take up additional roles, build them, know them, remember them once the project is done. Additionally, set steps for gradual phase shifts (phase1, 2, 3, etc.) with the clients so majority of tasks are done without a gun to your head. Must understand that firefighting is not the solutions, proper steps and SOPs will save your skin in the long run, be that lead.
