An internal general Project Manager is essential, that position should be empowered over all the vendors PMs to have the complete picture of those tasks, assignments and requirements in "one page". All the internal teams in the project must inform the general PM of any requirement, issue or task progress/delay through a main project follow up platform, doesn't matter if each vendor or team runs its own schedule. PM must have in one place, anytime the information that affects project execution to trigger action on time. 360°communication between all teams is essential to help critical decisions flow smoothly; so, this position should address critical issues to decision makers at any time according to its impact or risk over execution.
