To maintain focus and productivity on urgent projects, I prioritize high-impact tasks, set realistic deadlines, and delegate tasks to give the team autonomy. I use daily planning to organize and review goals. I also keep constant communication with stakeholders to align expectations, ensuring the work stays on track and avoids rework.

- Prioritize the Tasks. Address most critical items first. Periodically reassess and re-prioritize - Delegate effectively. Closely monitor the progress. Have daily stand-up with DRs. Having daily standups with DRs ensures we are regrouping and reassessing. - Always keep close watch on Risks and Mitigate the Risks - Be Collaborative and Empathetic. It is only as an Empathetic Team and being Collaborative Team that we are Effective and Impactful. - Always Own up Mistakes. Be Honest and always maintain 💯% Integrity. - It is better to be 💯% honest and fail instead of being dishonest and succeed. Of course the most ideal scenario is to be 💯% honest and succeed. 😀

If you have a long term relationship with one company you will favour them over the fest. If someone is offering to pay up front or 30 days you will favour them over a six month payment deal, as you can us the previous income to cover product costs of the 6 month deal and thus achieve on time or ahead of of time delivery making you look like you have tried extra hard to keep them happy, Delivery times of bought in items and availability of workforce will also play a large part of when you can deliver an item or project. Don't lie, explain to the client the restrictions, delivery time etc, they shoul respect this, if not they are not worth doing business with

I prioritize the relevant tasks and set realistic deadlines. make the same procedure at the end of each task. The same go's when I manage a team. In the whole process, make sure to finish a task before moving on to another... this improves performance and shortens processes
