You don't really need a budget to do influencer marketing, you just need an email and a social account. If you want to work with influencers, my guess is that you at least have a product or a service that can be given to influencers for review. If you start out by thinking of influencers as potential customers who just happen to have a large audience on social media. Start out by emailing and DMing influencers that you think would be your customer. Offer them a free sample and or to use your service free of charge with no strings attached. In some instances the influencer will post about your product without compensation and or give you feedback. Sometimes you have to follow up to solicit that. Then they might give you a price to partner.
