Esto es muy comun proyectos ambiciosos que cambian sus alcances o que aumentan sus pbjetivos conforme avanza el tiempo ya que regularmernte hay largos plazos, lo primero es que el aumento de alcance vaya de la mano de una autorizacion o cambio en la cotizacion, si hay un cambio de cotizacion debe involucrar un cambio en el tiempo estimado, una vez superadas estas etapas para autorizarse su uso, evidentemente no lo podemos agregar mas horas a los dias, por lo que debemos analizar cuidadosamente los pasos a dar evitando caer en paralisis por analisis, debemos encontrar caminos intuitivos para los nuevos escenarios, incorporar elementos y/o modulos prediseñados es una gran manera de ahorrar tiempo de diseño y de pruebas de funcion.

Leave buffer time for dealing with minor changes and adjust resources to preserve efficiency. Last, keep monitoring.

To Manage time constraints need to check the following things 1. The core scope on which the project started. The scope should be clear. 2. For the scope changes raise the RFI and discuss these with clients clearly and maintain the change orders. 3. Discuss/Mention to the client regarding the scope changes and the time needed for it to implement in the model. 4. Prioritize the work according to the deliverable/submission schedule on filed. 5. Add/Manage the resources accordingly and keep Daily track of the updates/work completion. 6. Keep in loop to the client for the daily workdone and the deliverable dates.
