I’d like us to improve that so we can deliver faster and avoid extra work.” Then, I focus on setting common goals that align both engineering priorities and team objectives, while introducing small, incremental changes to ease the transition

El hecho de que un ingeniero que debe colaborar en un equipo no quiera hacerlo es algo que deberíamos considerar grave. Por ejemplo, pregunto directamente: “¿Qué opinas de este enfoque?” o “¿Qué te preocupa sobre este proceso?” Esto abre un diálogo constructivo y reduce posibles actitudes defensivas, creando un espacio seguro para expresar inquietudes, en este proceso, es fundamental no solo escuchar, sino también reconocer sus puntos de vista.
