Company should guarantee all personnel is involved on contribution about the need for RPA’s. All solutions shall be developed based on what people need more, and on what will save time from them, and/or improve quality. Then company shall provide proper training and continue with PDCA (special focus on check & act after solution is developed). Otherwise it may be discontinued due to lack of use.

RPA evolution can be painful when the underlying tools and the business processes keep changing all the time. But even though they seem to change as a whole, if you dive into details, you'll notice that, because change has a cost, it can't happen everywhere in the organisation all the time all at once. So the key is to make your RPA scenarios small enough to reduce drastically the count which is impacted by modifications. Even better : size reduction comes with more independance and less maintenance. Of course, splitting RPA to small bits implies that you need an orchestrator to organize and link them altogether, such as Djiin execution platform for instance.

The First step in adapting and implementing RPA is to review the existing processes and standardizing the same. By this an entity shall improve the current processes and identify the processes which are all ready for RPA implementation. The processes for which standardization and alignment is required to implement RPA shall be focused by the entity and roadmap for the RPA adaption shall be made.

To ensure the continuous evolution of RPA strategies, adopt a BPM life-cycle approach: align automations with strategic objectives (phase 1), redesign processes before automating them (phase 2), and implement changes with robust governance (phase 4). Leverage performance metrics to monitor results and drive continuous improvement (phase 5). Engaging stakeholders from the outset fosters organizational alignment and ensures that RPA solutions deliver sustainable value over time.

Adapting RPA strategies to evolving business needs requires a proactive and flexible approach: Regularly assess workflows to identify inefficiencies, new automation opportunities, or areas needing optimization. Use data insights from RPA implementations to refine strategies and predict future demands. Invest in RPA platforms and tools that accommodate growth and integrate seamlessly with new technologies. Ensure employees are trained in advanced RPA practices to maximize value. Be ready to pivot strategies based on feedback, market trends, or business goals. As companies evolve the need for decentralisation becomes pressing. One should trust in the processes, the team and the data entered at various levels, to concentrate at what they best! The precision of data entered should be tackled by trainings, upskilling and regular audits.
