Always Keep revisiting your plan & the changes need to be communicated as clear as on every level to every stake holder even if they getting impacted with the changes or not , Secondly prioritize the changes & the impacts then accordingly you can manage the things in a proper manner.

Confirm interdependencies between projects to identify sinergies and conflicts. Keep fidelity to the strategic innitiative that has justified the program. Implement benefit realization management practices to redefine priorities. Revise you program milestones and redefine project priorities. Check if the baseline (cost, schedule, scope) are still valid to deliver the expected outcomes and benefits. Update the program business case and get approval from the sponsor party following the governance framework in place. Assume your responsibilities and protect your project managers and team to keep moral and resilience to deliver accordingly.

I focus on what delivers the most value while maintaining transparency and agility to adapt as challenges evolve.

Every Project has conflicting priorities if stakeholders' requirements and mapping are not kept updated and communicated. The communication plan and stakeholder plan can play a key role. In addition, the risk register should track all the changes. Keep the P1 on top and keep the stakeholders informed.

One thing I have found helpful is identify the issue affecting quality and profit - fix that while keeping timing and inventory.

First of all, as a project manager you should never have conflicting priorities. If you do, then allocate the priorities to the team members and give more time to cover both! You can't just overcome a conflict by not sacrificing on your time!
