Multi-tasking is overrated and people taking up too many tasks are not doing justice to the tasks. There should not be so much backlog of tasks that you struggle to prioratize. Best way is to go through the list, categorize those that you can do with available bandwidth, see if you delegate remaining ones or seek help for those and rest of the taks take it off from your plate, no need to have added burden on you if can’t take it.
