Culture change is a continuous process of *Clear Expectations in Job descriptions for all, from front line to CEO *Accountability held by all from front line to CEO *Respect of all employees from frontline to CEO *Open Communications of what is happening within the dept or company ie:: a weekly email news *If you start with just these your culture will change smoothly, without any big culture announcement to annoy the staff. BUT let's be clear, this starts at the top and must be consistent. Those that don't like it need to leave because they are there on their own terms and not the values and support of the Company.

Culture change is definitely not a linear process. With that said, adaptability doesn't exist in a vacation, rather must be planned for. Who and how we hire, how we set expectations for what good looks like, how we communicate, how we re-evaluate plans frequently - these are more are part of creating adaptability in your organization. Bottom line, becoming adaptable is often a culture change journey in and of itself.
