From a scope/planning/SOW standpoint, It's essential for everyone involved to understand the process of implementing VR from the start. While there may be occasional change orders to adjust the scope, time and resource estimates can be accurately established at the project scope stage. When everyone clearly understands the process at each step, responding to requests for additional time or resources becomes much more manageable. This way, there will be no surprises when the need arises. This helps manage expectations and control costs.

Large Projects demand more planning. It a hard lesson to learn if we do not plan well, execution is a nightmare. Choose wisely the below: 1. Your Deliverables, understand expectations if in doubt start with a smaller MVP, then scale it. 2. Your Resources, can it all be managed in house, if partners are to be used. Plan the expertise and targets for each entity. Be ready with Plan B or the nth possible way to solve it. 3. Cash flow, be ready for running the show. Have your investors or partners on board and ready for a long haul. Winning milestones is the main target to reach the goal. 4. Keep Communications flowing, hurdles, risks, failures are to be communicated early and documented. 5. Do not accept an excuse without trying all.
