The goal of the campaign could be awareness, exploration, conversion, etc. Based on that, you can set the compensation for the influencer. - Do an analysis to understand the current compensation which is being offered to them by other firms for their sponsored posts - Keep key KPIs in mind to analyse their performance

You can be surprised. :) Calculate estimated CPV and CPE and compare them to the market benchmarks to determine whether it is cheap or expensive. Third, to optimize pricing, offer a hybrid payment model with a flat fee part and a flexible part of payment based on results (views, clicks, actions, etc.). Companies don't really care about fair pay!! They care more about lowest price + highest engagment 😊 Unless a client comes and asks an influencer by name, or they have searched a lot and only few influencers shows up in that niche, then i can argue how much they can get paid. Plus other factors comes in like the avg rate in that country, the avg following and avg engagment rate and the production quality, length of the video, influencer public image, risk factor and so on. All of these are factors that comes into play and enable us to pay the influencer well + make the client happy.
