Um dos primeiros pontos para iniciar uma conversa sobre a mudança dos planos do cliente é a absoluta clareza sobre a mudança, as razões pelas quais os planos foram alterados, os impactos imediatos dessa alteração na expectativa de recebimento do projeto para poder alinhar a lógica d mudança com a expectativa de entrega do projeto. Entendendo essa fase mais crítica do processo, aí sim partimos para um processo de alinhamento de expectativas e revisão dos prazos para ajustar o projeto e, consequentemente, as entregas. Obviamente, alguns fatores são incontroláveis, mas a maturidade para tratar as mudanças de rota é, talvez, o fator mais relevante para seguir entregando bons trabalhos e mantendo uma relação saudável com cliente.

First and foremost, it's clear the team missed containing the scope and manage the project and client expectations properly. It takes a toll on the mental health of team members. Address that. Do not play blame games. Take ownership & ensure the lack of leadership on the client side does not lead to further issues. Strong leadership to: 1. Review timelines & openly discuss & document what needs to be included in the go live and what gets into the next phase. 2. Conduct an RCA to understand issues that lead to delays and project getting out of hand. 3. Run Project governance meetings to stay on track and remove roadblocks. 4. Lead with ownership and courage to ensure a win-win situation with new timelines and budget. 5. Stay close to it.
