Responsible and ethical use of Artificial Intelligence can add significant value in this sphere. There are tools available to educators in the 2024-25 school year that can predictably and reliably automate some of the previous obligations of educational leaders. We can’t bury our heads in the sand and assume that this automation is some passing fad. We need to actively lean into and explore how we can fill the leadership gap by reducing tasks that are onerous and all consuming in terms of time spent.
