Encourage collaboration by pairing team members with differing priorities on shared tasks and celebrate progress to build momentum.

If a team is at odd with different priorities, it means you have people who can think. That's a good sign. However, some projects, work, clients always take precedence. Now, how to sort that out? Could be quite a zinger to most people. Here is what I would do: 1. List out all priorities. 2. Write each of them out with the pros and cons - what happens if you prioritize them, and what happens if you don't. 3. Any other data like cost involved or losses there might be, time needed to complete also need to be considered. 4. Come to an objective decision made on the above criteria - be emotionally intelligent. 5. Do consider people involved - however, work comes first. 6. Test, deploy, evaluate the solution. 7. Learn from it and do better.

First thing I would do is facilitate a team meeting with the Product Manager/ Owner, she he/she is the one who can help team set priorities. Ensure the team is able to have a transparent discussion on the challenges and agree upon a common goal which is tied up to the OKRs
