For specific initiatives, pair experienced and new people. This can help them share their thoughts and skills with/ each other. Most importantly, LEAD by example. Share your personal experiences or ask questions. When people feel that sharing knowledge is encouraged, they're more likely to engage and contribute.

Each team member needs to understand the impact of their job to the recipient of the output and vice versa.
