Implement regular knowledge share sessions. For on the job training, draw up a schedule, for the person to be trained on the various Tasks, provide weeks. Allow one of the seniors within the team to provide training. Allow weekly meetings to ensure that the team are on the same page. Ensure that the team members that go the extra mile to provide training are rewarded and recognized.

More than knowledge sharing the root cause of the lack of collaboration is, in my opinion, elsewhere. Do the members of the team trust each other? The manager? Is this a psychologically safe environment to share ideas and suggest improvements? Is the team aware and aligned about collective deliverables? Are they made responsible for the delivery of their teammates? How do you ensure clear commitment from each of them to reach a common result? Are the team members recognized for their contribution beyond the boundaries of their business as usual job? Are you promoting an environment of curiosity and lifelong learning? Once you address the root cause, you can focus on logistics. In my opinion effective knowledge sharing is the result.

Firstly the company needs to build trust with its employees. When trust is lacking, employees are less likely to collaborate and share information. Teamwork suffers as individuals may hoard knowledge or be reluctant to engage in group activities, leading to silos and decreased overall productivity. However, when the company has the trust of their employees organizing bi-weekly or monthly sessions where people actually turn up to collaborate is easy! The team members themselves can organize and present on topics they are personally passionate about or have expertise in. This is far more effective and assists in continuous learning and self-improvement, while also allowing employees to showcase their skills and learn from one another.

I will follow below steps : 1. I will block calendar for regular knowledge sessions 2. Ask them to come with best topics to present 3. I will use icebreaker and games to start with sessions for team building 4. I will pair them in team every-time so gradually there is a rappo buildup 5. I will Use reverse psychology to make sure that all are in same page and having same organisation goals at the end of sessions.
