If we are Missing smart goals? Its definitely the time to rethink the play! We should start with sharpening the clarity, align goals with reality & get our team invested in the "why." Concurrently i will say we should fix process kinks, celebrate small wins & also have to turn failures into lessons. Success is the sum of small efforts repeated day in and day out .

Also, I would probably toss SMART goal setting for FAST.
