I've recently learnt, the strength in going back to basics. Re-instating or consistently having 1:1 Weekly catch up's 30 minutes away from the desk with every team member individually and a solid plan! Simple stuff!! Creating Goals and accountability for us all and a safe space to discuss anything!

We need to identify what can be solved with training and what requires different interventions like tools, resources, manning etc. Once skills and knowledge gaps separated, tailor and conduct training. Last but not least is create environment for learning transfer and accountability.
