I’ve seen that when you address the root cause, show appreciation, and support them, motivation is reignited, and the team becomes more energized.

Its an important responsibility of the leader to establish strong and clear growth roadmap and path each of their team members and ensure the team understands the what , why and how's of every given task that they do rather than just dumping the team with repetitive and constant work . Once the team understands the reason and important of any allocated task , they definitely use their own intelligence to get this done .
