WHY- Why do we want to bring in this balance between the ongoing stability and new adventure of innovation ? 2. WHAT- What is the intention of doing the same ?? 3. HOW- How does this align with an individual's and organization's success, core values and aspirations ?? By initiating a two way conversation on these three most crucial aspects one by one, I would involve each and every member who's in this to add in value, share the perspective and lead. To foster collaboration and bring it all together it is absolutely quintessential that all involved in the process are seen & heard.
