Facilitate a collaborative workshop to discuss and agree on project objectives, target audience, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Identify common goals and pain points across platforms. Conduct a feature prioritization exercise using frameworks like MoSCoW or Kano, considering factors like user impact, business value, and technical feasibility. Encourage open discussion, active listening, and constructive debate. Establish a clear decision-making process and define roles/responsibilities. Document and communicate the agreed-upon priorities, ensuring transparency and accountability.

It's common for multiple teams not to align over cross-platform goals, but if this questions poses that a SINGLE team has strife within it's own ranks, then it's an indication of bigger problems. For me, "cross-platform" is like XBox has a game console as a platform, but it also has an online store platform, and then there is a social media and influencer platform, so three platforms for one product. The question assumes my single team has a feature priority that will be pushed onto the console, store and social media platforms, and there's a dispute?! Usually disputes like this concerns things like, HOW to do it, or involves politics on who to placate or things like budgeting. So long as the PO dictates the What & Why it's all good.
