From saying good morning and good night to the team in a group chat, to a weekly team meeting and weekly 121s where the focus is on them; their needs, blockers and concerns. Es natural que la distancia digital provoque que algunos miembros del equipo se sientan desconectados o desanimados! Particularmente 3 miembros de mi equipo estaban en Cdmx y yo en Mty. Me gustaba tener reuniones compartirles por video nuestras reuniones en vivo, abrir micrófono y visitarlos insitu. Acercarse al equipo es necesario, hacerlos partícipes de lo que hacemos, hacerlos sentir parte de algo más grande que nosotros mismos, y reconocerlos en cada cosa que hacemos es la clave!
