First the organization needs to set clearly what are the standards across all functions and operations aspects Then a comprehensive review for all cost triggers and link them to the aforementioned standards and determination where are the cost saving opportunities. Also a review for all the org charts and the assigned tasks to make sure the human assets are well utilized. Another review of the financials to determine what are the associated costs of doing business like the finance costs of borrowing and how much could be eleminated by enhancing deals with both vendors and customers. Adding to the above the review for costs that are not endorsed from tax point of view that results in higher tax cost and minimize as possible
