Life never goes as planned. Great marketers know this well. Easiest and fastest way to get everything headed into the right direction is find 'common base for each planned process/result'. Make that 'common base' priority and the rest will fall into place on its own. Example: Sales Event Campaign; still missing food, invitation, and giveaways. Common base = Headcount. Then spend 90% of operations on invitation and confirmations. Once achieve 50%+ result, use the result and finish food and giveaways. It's basically 'doing' the famous saying, “give me six hours to chop down a tree and I will spend the first four sharpening the axe."
