One thing I find helpful is to lead the meeting, present the problem and the options we have to solve it and assign time to the two teams to express their opinions, listening actively and making notes to then review pros and cons and find the solution that best fit for the two teams. I can suggest also ask for an external evaluation to see what they recommend in those situations. And stablish a time to implement the best making it clear we can monitor an change if problems continue happening.

First of all, it depends on the members of the meeting. They should be experienced and skilled to get actual and workable opinions. Through the brain storming, some opinions clash each other, but it's healthy and fruitful for the session. To navigate the conflicting opinions: 1- never ignore anyone's thoughts. 2- sort the similar views together. 3- vote on the best and useful group of opinions. 4- discuss the selected group then focus on the most workable view. Finally, review and get the feedback. So the acting like that, make the team choose and neglect and review as one hand. no conflict, no division.

It is always best to get know your team and understand them, and firstly in respect for your team nake sure everyone voices out their opinion and don't judge or crush them, be a good listener to them. Let it be an open discussion that will result in a positive outcome, in order to win them show them benefits and bring factual points to the table, earn their trust and be open to them and you will see good results.

One thing I have found helpful is to talk with both parties and get each of their views. Run trials backed with evidence, to see which measures are most effective. If both are found effective. You find a way to combine them So that both parties are happy. It's nice to instill the spirit of teamwork, respect, and adaptability in your workplace, to minimize conflicts.
