As soon as you identify the root cause, it's time to think about the right strategy and apply it ASAP. Getting one-on-ones with each team member regularly helps addressing this challenge. As part of the conversation, make sure the expectations from the business and from the team member are clear. Find a common ground. Set a plan with the team member and get their agreement. Monitor it regularly and make adjustments as needed. If it doesn't work, have a plan B like reallocating the resource.
