Follow the checklist below: 1- Arrange and collect all the required information to be prepared for the meeting, for example, updated budget new numbers, the percentage of the budget cut, Variance, etc. 2- List the current scope of work from the highest priority to the lowest priority, as per the business requirement gathering, and ensure it's the latest update capturing all business needs. 3- Arrange for the meeting with stakeholder alignments, by sharing the agenda of the meeting, the main points to be discussed, and the expected decisions. 4- Capture all stakeholders comments and include them in the minutes of the meeting and give them a chance to assess and get back. 5- Raising a change request to formalize the decision made.
