We should be mindful about how much is within our limits and remove unnecessary activities, so that the same time can be re-utilised for resting our brain to recuperate from stressors. With the popularity of 'hustle culture' around, it's extremely important to remember that not everyone is built the same. And it's absolutely alright to do lesser activities that are more meaningful to us.

I always recommend my clients to take moments of rest in their busy lives. Even just 5 min of meditation, conscious breathing or taking a short walk works wonders for the mental balance, productivity and flow state of being. It also reduced anxiety and mental chatter. It is important to schedule time for yourself. Self-care is important. If you are not taking care of yourself, how can you take care of others? Take a deep breath. Write out your to do list. Try to put first things first. If you have something that is important that needs to be done right away, do those things first. If there are things that can wait move them to a different time or date. Are you overscheduling activities? Look to see if there are things that you can delegate to others to work on or ask someone who can help you work on those projects. Some things may need to be eliminated or reduced like sorting through junk mail or spending time on social media.
